This online Maintenance Request system should be used for the following items:

� General non-emergency requests for maintenance services. Please call your campus Facilities to report all emergency work requests (e.g. anything that presents a hazard to life, health, or College property).

� Allow members of the campus community the ability to query Requests or Work Orders by building within the Lone Star Facilities maintenance system.

� Allow the campus community to search for Requests or Work order if the Request # or Work Order # is known.

� Users will be updated, by email, when the status of a Work Request or Work Order changes.
